Always try to use paper and inks that are compatible with coatings and laminations. Speak to your Paper and Ink suppliers before you print.
This can speed up your Finishing requirement or slow it down drastically if incompatibility occurs.
Please ensure inks are dry before we coat,varnish or laminate and please keep spray powder to a minimum when requiring Varnish/Spot uv Effects.
To assist in maintaining Colour stability please avoid alkali sensitive pigments such as reflex blue, rhodamine red and others, particularly when used in tints or mixes.
Please always use Primers,In line coatings and sealers that are RESISTANT to Solvent Coatings and Co – extruded Laminating Adhesives.
For Film Lamination please ensure you mark your Grip and Side Lay Clearly on a sheet and PLEASE leave a min of 10mm in the Grip and 7mm on either side.
For Screen Based Work , such as Spot uv , Scratch off , Glitter , Tints , Re-wet , Matt Uv etc , Please ENSURE a Min Grip edge of 20mm on these jobs.
